Dear Peppy learners, Childhood is full of wonder and optimism, and it is a beautiful time to be alive.

Do you admire how children always seem to have many questions? Relish their worry-free demeanor? Do you aspire to be filled with positivity in the same manner as they are? Indeed, if we could live our lives with the same level of curiosity and positivity, we would be ecstatic and dazzling in our fields of endeavor.

Curiosity about the universe is extremely vital! We can observe this most clearly in the way that intellectuals persist themselves. Intellectual giants are always inquisitive individuals. Names such as Thomas Edison, Albert Einstein, Leonardo da Vinci, and Richard Feynman, for instance, are intriguing.

A psychology professor once walked around on a platform in front of a packed auditorium, discussing stress management techniques. When she took a glass of water, everyone expected her to ask, "Glass half empty or half full?" She subsequently asked, "How heavy is this glass of water I'm holding?"

Students roared, however, from a few ounces to several pounds.

"From my point of view, the weight of this glass is unimportant. Everything is dependent on my grip. After a minute or two, it's fairly light. If I hold it for an hour, the weight may create an arm ache. If I keep it for a day, my arm will cramp up, become numb, and paralyzed, forcing me to drop the glass. The glass's weight is consistent, yet the longer I hold it, the heavier it feels."

"Your fears and worries in life are very much like this glass of water," she remarked as the students nodded. When you ponder about them, nothing emerges. You begin to ache after imagining them for a long time. You would become bland and immobilized if you dwell about them all day, unwilling to relocate until you drop them."

The underlying message is to let go of your worries and concerns. So whatever arises throughout the day, put off all of your burdens as soon as imaginable. It would be best if you did not lie down with them. If you are still anxious from yesterday, it is time to put down the glass.
