Hello, enthused learners!

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁? Before we get to the conclusion, let us define leadership.

Leadership denotes the wherewithal to inspire and educate acolytes or others by a person or a cohort of individuals. It is the aesthetic of incentivizing a group to pursue a common aim.

According to John F. Kennedy (1963), "𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿."

The quote's message is significant: A leader cannot serve without skills and a willingness to learn and so must continue to learn to retain the top spot.

🎯𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿?

Yes, why not? Leadership has little to do with designations or individual characteristics. Likewise, seniority has nothing to do with leadership. Leaders predominantly lead people. It is not the same as management.

👉Leaders are engaged in an interactive process in which they lead and steer employees to achieve goals.

👉He shapes and forms the group's behavior in order to help the company achieve its goals.

👉A leader must be intellectual, truthful, loyal, responsible and sophisticated.

Leadership is conditional on the context. There is no optimal leadership style. It all relies on how the leader deals with the situations. Let us take a look at a historical case:

AIDS was a brand-new, terrifying sickness with no known cure that made its global debut in the 1980s. It was ravaging communities and countries, and People used to believe that catching AIDS might be as simple as touching someone who had it. Sufferers were ostracized, and most people in the United States thought AIDS patients should be confined.

Princess Diana, one of the world's most influential people of the 20th century, unveiled the first HIV and AIDS treatment Centre in the United Kingdom on April 19, 1987. She shook a patient's hand without gloves during her visit, forever changing people's conceptions of the illness.
