  Dear Peppy learners, Childhood is full of wonder and optimism, and it is a beautiful time to be alive. Do you admire how children always seem to have many questions? Relish their worry-free demeanor? Do you aspire to be filled with positivity in the same manner as they are? Indeed, if we could live our lives with the same level of curiosity and positivity, we would be ecstatic and dazzling in our fields of endeavor.

Likewise, the ability to perceive another person's perspective or the result of such comprehension is known as empathy. Alfred Adler, an Austrian medical doctor, psychotherapist, and founder of the school of individual psychology, said that "Empathy is seeing with the eyes of another, listening with the ears of another and feeling with the heart of another."

  " 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 , 𝗜 ’ 𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 ."― 𝗥𝗮𝗹𝗽𝗵 𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 . Once a stray newborn lion roamed for days, alone and fearful of its new and deadly environment. Hunger-stricken, it found several sheep. A mother sheep embraced the hungry, haggard, screaming baby lion as her own.   Dear Fanatical Learner's, Heretofore, a manager, was in charge of about 40 intelligent, active, and hardworking young people where everyone is doing well independently, but they are not sharing knowledge, which is critical for its success. As a result, the Manager decided to organize a group trip. He asked everyone to play a three-round game in a spacious room on the trip and told everyone to blow up a balloon and write down their name on it before putting it on the table. When the squad heard this, they all blew a balloon with their names on it. Afterwards, they had to wait for the next round outside. Thereby the Manager calls all of them to come inside. Upon entering, team members spotted a smattering of additional balloons with no names. According to the Manager, they had 15 minutes to find the balloon with their name strewn among the balloons. The person who pops the balloon is disqualified, and the first three persons who find their balloons win. The round was called off
